Service Description
Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that consists of eight rounds of exercises, each lasting 20 seconds, with a 10-second rest period in between. It was developed by Japanese scientist Dr. Izumi Tabata, who tested it on Japanese Olympic speed skaters. The workout can be customized to include various exercises, such as squats, lunges, push-ups, and more. Tabata workouts are designed to increase strength and endurance while burning fat in a short amount of time.
